| Half of the money will come from anticipated revenue from the sale of oil exports, bolstered by frozen Iraqi assets in the U.S., seized assets of the deposed regime in Iraq and $1 billion in United Nations Oil for Food funds that have been turned over to the coalition. Beyond the budget, the U.S. is pledging an ad-ditional $3.2 billion to help with reconstruction.
