| Description |
| Karlström, 50, takes over the corporation next month, having graduated from a three-year “internship” as head of U.S. operations in Whitestone, N.Y., just outside of Manhattan. He will, in essence, switch locations with Stuart Graham, the 61-year-old, Wilkes-Barre, Pa., native who had been Skanska’s Stockholm-based chief for the past several years and helped restore it to financial health. Graham is set to take a senior advisory role, based in the New York City area.
