| A Massachusetts grand jury has indicted Powers Fasteners, Brewster, N.Y., on a single count of involuntary manslaughter in the death of 38-year-old Melina Del Valle, who died July 10, 2006, when 10 concrete panels fell from the Interstate 90 tunnel ceiling onto her car. The move is the opening salvo in an ongoing criminal probe involving a number of firms.
