FLORIDA A joint venture of Hunt Construction and Sierra Commercial Construction is general contractor for the InterContinental Resort & Residences Orlando at Palazzo del Lago located on International Drive. The resort project includes 1,260 hotel rooms and suites and 114,000-sq-ft of convention, meeting and banquet space. Hospitality Development Group is developer and Adache Associates Architects designed the $800-million project. Construction will start by the end of 2006 and be completed by 2009.
