| Brig. Gen. Delwyn R. Eulberg has been named to the top engineering and construction post at the U.S. Air Force, the Dept. of Defense says. In a March 17 announcement, the Pentagon said that Eulberg, currently the Air Mobility Command's installations and mission support director, has been chosen to be The Civil Engineer at the Air Force.
