| Company officials say the firm is seeking protection under Chapter 11 of the bankruptcy code in federal court in the firms base city, Cleveland. As part of the companys plan, Austin would sell most of its U.S. operations to AECOM Technology Corp., Los Angeles. Austin has previously sold some operations to AECOM (ENR 2/21 p. 13).
