| Description |
An auto maker could sue a contractor for damages caused to its plant, even though the construction contract stated that the owner assumed the risk of loss, an Indiana appeals court has ruled. According to the court, the contractor could be held liable for damages if the owner could prove that the contractor was grossly negligent.
