| A major midwestern supplier of ready-mix concrete, Irving Materials Inc., has been hit with a $29.2- million fine after the company and four executives pleaded guilty to price-fixing charges related to concrete sales in the Indianapolis area from 2000 to 2004. The fine is the largest ever in a domestic antitrust investigation, says the U.S. Justice Dept.
