Revelations from a former construction supervisor on the Berkman Plaza II construction project in Jacksonville, Fla., have added complexity but reduced clarity as to the possible cause of the December 2007 collapse of the condominium project’s parking deck. One man was killed and 23 people were injured when the six-story garage collapsed during a concrete placement.
