State and federal officials are investigating another fatal crane accident at the Fore River Shipyard in Quincy, Mass. The Aug. 14 collapse of a 300-ft-tall gantry-crane-leg section being dismantled for overseas shipment killed 28-year-old Local 7 ironworker Robert Harvey and injured four others.
