| A New York City crane inspector faces felony charges for falsely reporting that he had inspected the midtown Manhattan tower crane days before it collapsed March 15. The Commissioner of the New York City Department of Investigation announced the arrest of Edward J. Marquette of the Dept of Building Inspectors for falsely reporting that he had inspected the crane on March 4.
