No official has been more scrutinized in the wake of Saturday's deadly crane collapse than the city's buildings commissioner, Patricia Lancaster. Some members of City Council have called for her resignation, and regional construction industry leaders are suggesting it is Lancaster who must be held accountable for the city's recent spate of high-rise construction-related accidents.
