Kingdom Holding Company has a plan to build a $13-billion development in Jeddah that would include a skyscraper that may give Dubai’s proposed 1-km-plus Nakheel Tower a run for its money as the world’s tallest. The master plan for the Jeddah high-rise—called Kingdom Tower—and its 5.3-million-sq-meter Kingdom City, is by Pickard Chilton Architects, New Haven, Conn. San Francsico-based Bechtel will supervise construction of the development.
