Description:Robert Moultrie, 67, the embattled founder and chairman of The Facility Group, a Smyrna, Ga., building contractor, who pleaded guilty earlier this month to federal charges of illegal campaign contributions, resigned from the firm on Aug. 28. The firm's interim CEO will choose a successor. Moultrie resigned as CEO last March in the wake of the scandal, in which he admitted to making campaign donations in 2003 to former Mississippi Gov.
