CEO Takes New Job, Sells Firm
 

New York City’s Metropolitan Transportation Agency has named Michael Horodniceanu president of its Capital Construction Co. It manages MTA’s multi- billion-dollar subway construction. A former city traffic commissioner, he succeeds Mysore Nagaraja. Horodniceanu was CEO of Urbitran Group, a New York City transportation and planning consultant. The firm, with revenue of about $36 million, was sold on July 28 to AECOM. MTA chief Elliot Sander is a former AECOM top executive.
