Gilbane Building Co. and the New Jersey Schools Development Agency (SDA) have moved into court to resolve a long-running battle over responsibility for mold problems in a partially built middle school in Neptune, N.J. The contamination delayed work for a year and added to an estimated $24 million in extra costs, but Gilbane claims the agency failed to act on its warnings about poor construction.
