Foster Wheeler Moves Again

Foster Wheeler is once again in the process of “redomestication,” a term for moving offshore, mainly for tax purposes. In 2001, Foster Wheeler moved from New York State to Bermuda. On Dec. 10, they announced they are now moving to Zug, Switzerland. The move needs to be approved by shareholders and the Supreme Court of Bermuda. The firm will continue to maintain its operational headquarters in Clinton, N.J.
